Supporting Students with Special Needs
At Virtualis, we understand that every student deserves to thrive. For students with unique learning needs, medical challenges, or behavioral concerns that affect learning, we offer a compassionate and individualized approach grounded in classical formation and supported by real-world pediatric care.
Telemedicine Support for Learning Challenges
Through our partnership with Dr. Dana Rodriguez, a licensed pediatric medical provider with decades of experience, families gain access to expert guidance in managing conditions that impact learning—including attention disorders, anxiety, sleep disturbances, executive function, emotional regulation, and more.
Virtual evaluations tailored to educational impacts
Direct support for both students and parents
Assistance with behavioral strategies and daily rhythm management
Optional care coordination with tutors or instructors when needed
Personalized Concierge Plans
Every student is different, and so is every plan. Through our concierge-style model, families can schedule telehealth visits at a cadence that fits their needs. Support may include monthly check-ins, intensive coaching during times of difficulty, or short-term interventions with specific focus.
Costs are determined by frequency and scope of services. Our team works with families to design affordable, effective solutions that are eligible for reimbursement through Special Needs ESAs in Arizona.
More Than Medical—A Ministry of Formation
While Virtualis is not a therapy or medical clinic, our model empowers families to integrate care into the educational journey. We view special needs through the lens of dignity and vocation—not deficit. With the support of faith-driven providers and a curriculum rooted in truth and virtue, students learn to see their challenges as part of their calling—not a limitation.
Whether your child needs help with focus, anxiety, energy regulation, or confidence—we are here to walk beside your family in truth, compassion, and strength.
